Refund policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, whether due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase. For returns based on these reasons, an industry-standard 20% restocking fee typically applies, with the items needing to be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your expense, and items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. In certain cases, we may waive the restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill if you exchange items or opt for store credit. Additionally, if the return is for a large or bulky item, we may deduct the original freight charge from your refund to cover our costs.
