Orders typically ship from our Tweed location within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by carrier, but most orders should arrive within 2-10 business days. Certain custom or made-to-order items may take longer to dispatch, and we partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, and TNT, with other options available if needed. Finalising Your Return

Returns

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, whether due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase. For returns based on these reasons, an industry-standard 20% restocking fee typically applies, with the items needing to be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your expense, and items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. In certain cases, we may waive the restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill if you exchange items or opt for store credit. Additionally, if the return is for a large or bulky item, we may deduct the original freight charge from your refund to cover our costs. RETURN FAQS

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, a 20% restocking fee may apply, and the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom made items and made to order items non-returnable unless faulty.

We may deduct the original freight charge from your refund for large or bulky returns to cover shipping costs. This deduction helps us manage the higher expenses associated with shipping oversized items.
